The SMA DCSPD KIT3-10 Type 2 DC Surge Protection Kit adds the specified Type II surge protection to supported Sunny Tripower inverters. It is not the Sunny Tripower X KIT6 or KIT7 accessory.

- For the compatible inverter’s A+B DC-input surge protection

- Component protection class IP20: install only in the intended inverter housing; not a standalone outdoor enclosure
